3 Friends Launch Real Estate Firm and Close Almost $100M in Deals
3 African American men that are entrepreneurs -- Ryan Butler, Harrison Beacher, and Keith James -- have individually all had success within their own ventures. However, when they came together and decided to merge and form a Washington, DC-based powerful real estate firm appropriately called Coalition Properties Group. Since the formation, 'the sky is the limit' has been an understatement. In fact, these guys are on track to already hit $100 million in sales regardless of the fact that they haven't even been business partners for a year! Working Together - Not Competing How did these 3 friends accomplish this amazing feat? By combining their entrepreneurial insights and skills and not competing with one another. Working this way created a powerhouse Real Estate firm called Coalition Properties Group (CPG). But what makes them special? CPG is like most real estate firms - buying properties, performing rehabs, and reselling properties. But that's only the start, they try to instill the lifestyle and wealth building aspects in real estate with powerful seminars and financial literacy courses. Aiming to provide knowledge of how to properly invest and create long term generational wealth.
Like most real estate firms, CPG buys, rehabs, and resell properties. They help clients who are seeking to buy a home. But for CPG, that is just the beginning. They aim to provide their clients with everything they need in real estate, lifestyle, and wealth-building.
They also help their clients progress financially by helping them find jobs and rehab their credit, among others. They also organize seminars on wealth building and financial literacy to teach people how to invest and create generational wealth. Meet The Three Men
